Provision of a Registered Office

We offer to provide you an address serving as the registered address of a company, or alternatively we can provide a contact address – for the delivery of mail – for natural persons or companies from Slovakia and abroad.

As a part of the service we observe all legal provisions defining the requirements for the registered office of a company. It is primarily:

• the designation of the registered office of the company by the name of the company and identification number
• reception of writings sent to the address of the company
• ensuring the contact between the company and state authorities and the public
• space for business meetings at the registered address of the company aimed at management of the company
